Jiangsu Yangdie Diamond Tools Co., Ltd. (the former Zhenjiang Diamond Alloy Tools Plant) is a garden and harmonious enterprise located at No. 88, Zhongxing Road, Yangzhong District in Yangzhong enjoying the fame as “Treasured Island in Yangtze River and Land of Agriculture and Fishery. For many years, with developing and innovating, it has become an outstanding enterprise in the field of producing natural (synthetic) diamond tools and PCD, PCBN super-hard tools in China. In 1999, the enterprise passed ISO9001 Quality Assurance System firstly in the same industry. In 2005, it was granted as “Trustworthy and Satisfied Products in Quality in National Diamond Manufacture Industry” by China Light Industry Products Quality Guarantee Centre.
The enterprise has the staff members of 168, including engineering and technical persons of 42. It possesses all kinds of production and testing equipment of more than 80 sets. The annual productive capacity reaches RMB fifty million Yuan. The enterprise has appointed the experts and professors as the technical counselors and established close cooperative relationship with Dalian University of Technology, University of Jiangsu and Beijing Super-hard Material Research Institute. The company is mainly specializing in design, manufacture and sale of cutting tools for machine and tools made of polycrystalline diamond (PCD), crystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) and natural diamond (ND). The products have found the wide application in high and precision processing in the fields of space, aviation, automobile, motorbike, military industries. Its main equipment is imported from Japan, Swiss, Taiwan countries and regions. The raw materials including the composite sheets of polycrystalline diamond, crystalline cubic boron nitride supplied by American GE and England Element Six Industrial Diamonds (the former, De Beers).
